5K Race and 1 Mile Fun Walk

Proceeds will go to help fight Breast Cancer

Registration begins at 7:00 AM; Race begins at 8:00 AM

Age group prizes, t-shirts, refreshments and admission to the fair for all participants

Register by August 1st to guarantee getting t-shirt

Registration fees - 5K race - $15      1 mile fun walk - $10.00

Registration will be in the back parking lot behind the Hog Barn (Use Gate #5) (Pine St. to Eppley Ave.)

The course will be ran throughout the fairgrounds

Age groups - Men - under 12, 12-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and up

Women - under 12, 12-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and up

Special awards to be given to top overall male and female

Checks made out to "Muskingum County Agricultural Society"

I, the undersigned, do hereby agree that participation in this event is voluntary and do so at my own risk.  I agree that by my participation in this event, I assume all risk in event of injury, illness, damage or loss or theft of property to me.  I hereby agree on behalf of myself to release and discharge the Muskingum County Agricultural Society, any sponsors or volunteers from any and all claims or causes of actions arising out of their negligence.  The entry fee is non-refundable.  By my signature below, I acknowledge I have read and understand this is a release of liability and am waiving any right to bring legal action againts the above named.
