Annual Election of Directors
The Muskingum County Agricultural Society will hold the annual election of directors on Wednesday, October 28, 2026 from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the fairgrounds. Anyone eighteen (18) years of age, a resident of Muskingum County, and a member of the Society (purchased a 2026 Membership Pass) is eligible to run for the position of Director and/or vote in the election. Those interested in seeking a position as a Director may obtain a petition at the fairgrounds office Monday-Friday 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Petitions must be signed by ten (10) current members of the Muskingum County Agricultural Society and returned to the office by 3:00 p.m. October 21, 2026. The following Director terms will be on the ballot:
3 Year Term Expiring 12/1/2029-4 positions
2 Year Term Expiring 12/1/2028-1 position
1 Year Term Expiring 12/1/2027-1 position
The 181st Muskingum County Blue Ribbon Fair will be held August 15-21, 2027.

- The Muskingum County Agricultural Society Inc. is a non-profit organization, made up of concerned citizens that are dedicated to preserving and promoting agriculture, horticulture, quality livestock, domestic arts and science. We aimto provide the youth of Muskingum County the opportunity to showcase their achievements within a supportive environment and to provide the residents of Muskingum County the opportunity to gather as one family regardless of race, age, sex or religious beliefs for one week each year to celebrate our community.
