“Fill the Fence for Jr. Fair” Campaign

Dear Community Partner,

The Muskingum County Fair has long been a place where tradition, community, and opportunity come together, especially for our youth. As home to one of the top five largest 4-H programs in the state of Ohio, our fairgrounds proudly showcase the hard work, dedication, and achievements of local kids each year.

We invite you to be part of that story through our “Fill the Fence” Campaign.

This initiative offers local businesses and supporters a chance to visibly demonstrate their commitment to our community by purchasing banner space along some of our fairgrounds’ most visible spaces:

• Pershing Road- Front Fence Banners: $300
• Parking Lot Fence Banners: $250

Your banner will be seen by thousands of fairgoers, serving as a strong statement that you support the youth and traditions that make Muskingum County special. Banners may also include a good luck message or best wishes for our Jr. Fair exhibitors, making your support even more meaningful and personal.

More importantly, your support helps sustain and grow the programs that give our 4-H and FFA members the opportunity to learn, compete, and succeed. From livestock projects to leadership development, these experiences shape the next generation, and your contribution plays a direct role in making that possible.

The Muskingum County Agricultural Society is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, and all contributions are tax deductible. All proceeds from this campaign go directly back into maintaining, improving and operating the fairgrounds and supporting our youth programs.
